We can’t thank Emilio enough for sharing this absolute gem with us.
The property is uniquely located across the Herodion theatre and the Acropolis.
It is very cosy, spacious and well equipped, making you feel at home.
Emilio’s generosity and helpfulness was apparent from the moment he greeted us at the property, walked us through it and hand us valuable recommendations for the area.
The whole city center is within easy walking distance making the property a great place to go in and out as many times as you need to relax if needed.
The top floor is absolutely the jewel in the crown!
With 3 sofas a chaise and a hammock to choose from, we enjoyed our early morning coffee in a quiet Athens with the birds singing as well as a glass of wine to end our day under the light of breathtaking views of Acropolis
Words are hard to describe the feeling!

It was the perfect location, the perfect hosts, and the apartment was comfortable and cozy (perfect). Our family of 5 fit perfectly and had enough room where we weren't trampling each other. The rooftop terrace was a great spot for evening cocktail to relax and listen to locals play music near the acropolis. It was close to great restaurants that could walk to easily and the best location to get to the acropolis and plaka. Emilio and his wife met us at the location and provided details on everything. They were so gracious and helpful. It really made it feel like home. They sat down with us and mapped the area for us to give us all the info we needed. I've never had hosts so helpful and resourceful. The stay was perfect! If looking to explore the sights of Athens, this is the place to stay!

The location is outstanding, literally steps from the Acropolis along a pedestrian-only street, across from the Odeon (outdoor theatre). We actually listened to a jazz concert one evening from the rooftop! The area is alive with activity but we never felt unsafe. Inside the property we were cool, quiet and safe. Many amazing bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and markets are all within a short walking distance. The property itself is in the basement, and is relatively modern and comfortable for a family of four. The hosts are wonderful people who met us at the property to provide keys and many recommendations for food and entertainment. During our stay we actually had an emergency and they went WAY above and beyond to take of us! It was not something anyone should expect but they are truly incredible and kind people. Our stay was outstanding we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Truly once in a lifetime stay!

There was so much we loved it's hard to narrow it down! The location literally could not have been closer to the Acropolis - quiet but a couple minutes walk to everything you could possibly do or need The rooftop deck was phenomenal - we could just go stare at the Acropolis any time of day or night. It was a downstairs "basement" apartment, but so spacious and airy and light and beautiful , with an outdoor sitting area, it did not feel below ground level. Super comfortable, every possible amenity, sleeping areas galore (a king bed, 2 twins, and three sofas that were extremely comfortable and could function for sleep). Hosts were lovely, met us in the apartment, had stocked up on food/drink basics plus, and were immediately responsive to any questions. I can't wait to come back!
