Located in the Historic Center of Valencia near the Central Market and the El Carmen neighborhood.
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place, completely remodeled 75m2 spacious flat, open kitchen, with 2 bedrooms and PRIVATE PATIO always sunny with modern outdoors furniture. Just minutes from Pza España, Pza. Ayuntamiento, Ruzafa, New Downtown, Old Historic Downtown.
This flat have everything you may need to cook, silverware, wine glasses and much more. You will be able to have a nice coffee relaxing in the sunny patio or read a book just pulling the top cover to enjoy it.
If you are coming with a baby or a pet, please let me know so I can make sure you have what you need for them.
As all my properties, you will need to accept the 500 Euros deposit to book this apartment, it will be requested and refunded through Vrbo, and you will get it back 24h after checking out.
