Location is absolutely amazing! The apartment is fresh and clean.
There were too many warnings to not steal the towels, take them to the beach, or clean your makeup. We are guests, not criminals. It does not give a welcoming feeling. If there had been incidents in the past, I would recommend to offer two beach towels.

Because the piazza was so close it was a bit noisy at night

Location was good in the old city on a pedestrian street
The roller shutter on the window in the main room wS broken so the living room was very dark. The freezer door in the fridge was broken and flew open everytime you tried to put something in the fridge.
