Good-sized and well-equipped sixth floor apartment in a good location five minutes walk from Reus tram stop which takes you straight to the beach. Javier and his son could not have been more helpful and I'm sure we'll stay here again.

Casa molto ordinata e pulita in ottima posizione. Ho avuto un po' di problemi con il check in, ma forse perchè non avevo capito io che andava citofonato e mi aspettavo di incontrare una persona all'ingresso quindi quanto l'affittate scrivete per capire come fare il check in: il proprietario è disponibilissimo e molto gentile. Assolutamente consigliata!

Pasamos unos días muy agradables en familia. La situación del apartamento es muy buena, en una zona muy próxima al centro histórico y en un barrio muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. A 5 min del bus y tranvía. Además Javier nos dio muy buenos consejos para disfrutar todavía más de la ciudad. Recomendable.

Hemos estado 2 adultos y 2 niños y hemos estado encantados. El dueño ha sido muy agradable, en el apartamento no hemos echado nada de menos y está muy bien ubicado. Tiene supermercados muy cerca, la parada de bus para ir a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias a 3 minutos y el viejo cauce del Turia para hacer deporte o ir con los niños también a 3 minutos. Fenomenal

El apartamento está genial, la localización es la zona centro a poca distancia de todo de Valencia, tiene de todo para pasar unos días en Valencia, la zona de aparcamiento esta bien, puedes aparcar cerca de la casa, tienes el Mercadona, el Consun a poca distancia, la playa de la Malvarrosa está también a 15 minutos en coche y el centro lo tienes a 15 minutos andando, interesante de ver el Mercado Central lo recomiento por el género que tienen y lo majestuoso del lugar. El trato con Javier ha sido fabuloso, nos ha ayudado en todo momento y tengo que decir que ha sido todo un acierto haber estado allí en tu casa Javier!!!. Un 10 en todo

Nossa experiência foi excelente. Javier foi um ótimo anfitrião! O apartamento, é muito silencioso, arejado, com todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia. A localização é muito boa, a poucos passos do parque do rio Túria, 10 min. a pé do centro, 15 min. do El corte inglés, na rua de trás tem um Mercadona, fácil acesso ao transporte público. Obrigada Javier!
