About this house rental
Just minutes to Peninsula Hot Springs, this light, airy beach house is ideally located between the calm turquoise waters of Port Phillp Bay and the crashing waves of the Peninsula's best ocean beaches. Enjoy a good book, a glass of wine, or share a meal with family and friends on the wide timber deck.

Fully stocked kitchen with 5 burner gas stove, wall oven and grill, double sink, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and sandwich press.
Laundry
Washing machine.

4 seater chaise and 2 seater lounge. Apple TV. Games and puzzles.

Queen-size bed with connecting ensuite shower and toilet.

Please note there is no fencing at the front or side of the property. The property is, however, bordered by tall trees which attract birds native to the area.

Our host was welcoming, the instructions were clear and the place was spotless. It was easy to park and unload. Pretty outlook. Fabulous big table. Good wifi.The only small problems were no tin opener and no iron.

This was such a lovely place to stay for a family girls weekend away at the hot springs. The shops and beach are only a short drive away and the hot springs arr only 4 minutes as well. The property is very clean, lots of space, and the kitchen has everything you need.
