This was such a gorgeous property for a weekend away with our kids and pooch. House was a great set up and even nicer in person. The lockable front fence was great for peace of mind with the kids and dog. Although it wasn’t warm enough to swim my husband and son enjoyed cleaning the pool and we all enjoyed the outside deck area. Beds were beautiful and comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

The host was very nice, approachable, and easy to communicate with. Her communication was great throughout, and she was kind enough to offer us an early check-in, which we really appreciated.The house itself is in a great location, very close to the beach, which was a big plus for us.However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. We had trouble accessing the property initially as the entry code wasn’t working. We had to call the host and FaceTime her to show the issue. In the end, we left to get lunch, and when we returned over 45 minutes later, the cleaners went back inside the house finishing some jobs and had opened the door!In terms of cleanliness and for the owner’s awareness (in case she’s not aware), the hand washes appeared to be diluted with water rather than properly refilled, so we were effectively washing our hands with watery soap. Under the couch and beds was also quite dirty & dusty. Additionally, there were no shampoos & paper towels provided in the house, and basic supplies such as dishwashing tablets and coffee pods, toilet paper were very limited.Overall, while the host herself was lovely and the location was excellent, for the price paid we would have expected better cleanliness and more adequately stocked essentials.
