House is not very close to market place or beach but since we had car so not a problem for us

Very nice and spacious house! Good facilities and furniture.
Back tree was rubbing against gutter a fair bit, could just use a trim.

Location was good. 7 mins from hot springs and Rye
Strong urine like odour emanating from one of the bathrooms making it unusable.
