(4-minute drive). Leading outside from the main living area you have the fully fenced solar heated saltwater pool, 2 outdoor dining areas one with bbq, and fully fenced grounds all private safe, and secure for children & pets.
Comfortable lounge with flat-screen TV, Netflix, wood fireplace, wifi, split system heating and cooling, and stereo.
Second lounge room with pool table
Great size kitchen with granite benchtops, dishwasher, aldi pod coffee machine, large fridge and pantry and dining area.
Main bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Master bedroom with ensuite.
Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The Downstairs garage has been set up as a games room with table tennis and dart board.
Ample off-street car parking, space for a jetski or boat.

Great spot, excellent entertainment options in the house. No gas for the bbq and pizza oven despite 3 empty bottles. Bbq was dirty, house also not very clean. Pool was great, i was looking for a cold plunge (early spring time) and got it! Good internet, have stayed at places in the area where you can't get a ping. This connection streamed the afl grand final without a problem

As a family, we were very impressed with how comfortable and relaxed we were within the surrounds of the property. My husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and our son and daughter-in-law and grandson who is 9, had a fabulous time. The pool was amazing, especially on two 30 degree days. Lots of fun and laughter. We would love to come back again. Thank you.

very happy with the facilities and for the price the location and all the services were fantastic. pool table, table tennis and pool and outdoor area all great. backyard side gate lock came loose as it was rusted. next door had a bathroom window with no privacy screen. it was uncomfortable sitting outside on occassions but this isnt a fault of the property but a problem with the adjoining property.
