Location was a quick 5 min drive from Rye beachfront shops, but 30min walk on an unfriendly pedestrian road. Very nice neighbours/neighbourhood. Property was pleasant for a family of 9 and not too grandiose that we were afraid of breaking anything of value. You're paying for the amount it can accommodate. Appreciated the milk and bottle of fizz, but they were tight with dishwasher tablets especially over Xmas when we were feasting.

bed where unconformable all bedroom stated that where nexfilk and you tube both cannels was lock and not very happy the alfresco was dirty spicily the table was very dirty no extra linen or blankets
