We understand that your schedule may not always allow for a swim in our heated pool. That's why, during the colder months (June – October), we offer the flexibility to only pay for pool heating if you plan to use it. For an additional $250 per stay, we can ensure the pool is heated for your comfort.
If you'd like to take advantage of this service, simply send us a message, and we'll adjust your booking to include the heated pool.

No smoking indoors at any time.

4th bedroom - 2 sets of bunks suitable for children- Not recommended for Adults (Single over Double – sleeps 6), BIR
The Couch has a pull out sofa ( sleeps 2 )
We have supplied some items such as, hand soap, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid,, sponges, bin liners, salt, pepper, coffee, various types of tea, glad wrap and foil only to name a few.
This holiday home suits 2 - 3 families or a mature group.

At no point during your stay should you obscure / cover the cameras, with tape, carboard or other items around the house. These cameras are installed for preventative measures only. We loved our stay!!! Outdoor area was perfect and the pool was amazing and constantly heated. Angela provided amazing assistance, offered us early check in and late check out. We will definitely be back!!

Just returned from a six night stay at this property which is conveniently positioned within walking distance to the beach (10 min walk) but we felt let down by a number of issues.
For a house advertised to cater for 14 people the size of the 2 burner BBQ was not big enough and the grill could only be cooked on high as the temperature knob didn't work. Two of the induction cooktop hobs didn't work for us, there are no power points in the ensuite and laundry and the split system air conditioner didn't work (thankfully the evaporative cooling did and we didn't have humid days). A broken and exposed metal support arm on the pool umbrella meant that we had no confidence using it in even the slightest breeze and on many days unable to laze by the pool with shade until late afternoon. Internet was glitchy with several dropouts which was frustrating for the kids during movies. The size of the bedrooms are small so large groups should keep this in mind. Wouldn't recommend anyone take small dogs as there is a gap under the front gate which our cavoodle almost escaped through and the latch was missing a screw to keep the gate closed. A number of other small issues like a broken fan switch, water stained couches, crumbs in kitchen cupboards and a large hole in the kids bedroom flyscreen detracted from its overall appearance. For the high premiums paid for 6 nights at this time of year we expected 5 star presentation with zero maintenance issues. Unfortunately raising these issues with the owner hasn't been met with the attention and consideration we would have expected.
