• Schoolies and groups under the age of 28 will not be accepted at this property under any circumstances.
• Strictly no parties or gatherings of any type – the host’s properties are offered for private accommodation purposes only.
• This property sleeps a maximum of 8 adults - the bunks are only suitable for children.
• The family dog is welcome upon prior request – please enquire first; conditions will apply.
