About this house rental
Relisted in Oct 22, this modern large home is perfect for families & friends (ask me re midweek couples pricing) with a pool and spa in a fantastic location, 150M flat walk to the beach and 400M stroll to the Rye cafes, shops and pier.
This is luxury holidaying w AC throughout w 4 beds (1 is a huge bunkroom), 3 new baths, a fab kitchen with a butlers pantry - it's an entertainers delight!
The deck has a weber BBQ and ceiling fans and seating for 10+ ppl and joins the house to the pool/spa..
Magnificent kitchen in the open plan living area with TV, A/C, open fire place and a gas fireplace overlooking the pool and spa.
3 outdoor living spaces;
1. on the deck by the pool & spa
2. lounging area with a daybed, chairs and a firepit
3. sunbaking box with sun loungers and a market umbrella
4 bedrooms ;
1. Queen bed with ensuite, WIR and AC
2. Queen bed a huge desk and AC
3. Double bed with an ensuite and AC
4. Bunkroom - 5 bunk beds (10 singles) and AC with a joining bathroom
3 indoor living spaces ;
1. main area
2. open fire
3. rumpus room
Perfect for entertaining with all utensils/cutlery/crockery/glassware etc provided. Dining table seats 8.
3 bathrooms - all with a shower and toilet, and 1 with a bath.
All beds have a medium warmth doona and pillow with a luxurious linen.
Premium Telstra WiFi.
The local beach is 150m away and is dog friendly, check times as they differ.
Check-in at your leisure, there's a key safe with individual codes.
There is secure on site parking for a boat/ jetskis or 2/3 cars behind a locked gate. There is off street parking for cars all around the perimeter of the property, given its on a corner.
Fantastic open fireplace in winter and divine sitting in the northern sun on the daybed.
Linen and bath towels provided.
Earlier/later check in/outs can be discussed dependant upon other bookings.
Dogs are welcome and the property is fully fenced so they can't escape but must stay outside. No cats because of allergies.
There is an outdoor clothesline, washing machine and dryer, IKEA highchair and a few plastics for infant dining. Let me know if you want to rent portacots.
