With sumptuous living spaces, bay views and glorious room to laze around a glistening inground pool, while the beach is across the road, White Cliffs look-out and beautiful Tyrone Foreshore is to the west, or walk east along the shore to Rye’s vibrant town centre with its great restaurants and long pier.
Pampering with the finest amenities, the home features an impressive epicurean kitchen with sleek stone benchtops and polished concrete floor, induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and a coffee pod machine for that essential early morning coffee. The colossal table can seat up to 20, with a separate breakfast table as well as stools along the breakfast bar, while glass doors slide open to an alfresco balcony with 10-seater dining table, BBQ and north–facing outdoor lounge.

Great home and very close to the beach

Stayed here for a family holiday comprising 24 people ranging from ages 2 to 82. The layout of the bedrooms and living spaces was great to allow a large group to come together and also allow people some time apart.

We really enjoyed our stay, there were heaps of space for everyone.
The backyard just needed more love, more maintenance to provide an area to play.

There were a couple of teething issues when we checked in, like roller door remote not working & one of the balcony doors not opening but Cassie was very prompt in sorting this out!
