The property was very clean, everything was easy to find, it was close to the city center, and very comfortable.
The stairs are very narrow and steep with no landing to place your luggage while you open the door.

Great location, very clean and comfortable.
Coffee maker in L-3 did not work. Walking up to third floor with curved stair was a bit of a challenge.

Convenient location it was quiet in the area as it is near the university and the students were away for the summer. 20 minutes walk to train and bus station, 20 minute walk to the harbour area. 10 minute walk to the nearest bus or tram stop.
Lots of supermarkets close by. It was clean and appeared exactly as advertised.
The beds are very uncomfortable. The mattresses are very thin and soft and give no support.

location is good, walkable to main attractions.
The room is on the 4th floor, without lift, with big luggage, it's hard for woman to bring to our room. Even inside room, there is additional stairs....It's really big challenge for us. As guest, we were required to put sheet and quilt cover on the bed by our own, we found hairs on the bed, maybe other quests left.
