Location is fantastic. Convenient for everywhere central. Quiet, clean, easy to find.

Nothing. Would benefit from shower gel, complementary snacks on arrival as I have experienced elsewhere, but the property was generally great.

Nice location, good kitchen facilities

No body wash or shampoo!

The shower was powerful and worked well. Bed/matress was comfy enough. Lounge kitchen was fine, with all that was needed for a couple of nights. Useful washing machine and tablets.

From reading all the rules I was nervous that it was going to be pristine. It was mostly clean. However, the sofa was already stained. The bed base had hair on it. The rubber seal was hanging off the shower door. The bathroom was small. Shower door slide needs fixing to the wall. Blind string broken. Outside the front door, there was rubbish and the area is covered in graffiti. Not a great first impression of the town. Worse of all, we had to make and strip our bed. The bed is jammed into a tiny room. Not great when travelling and paying for the service! Things easily fixed or cleaned if there was more attention to detail.
