Lovely apartment, quiet, tidy and peaceful, good communication from staff.
Be prepared to pull your suitcase up a cobbled hill if walking to the apartment from the city centre. Be prepared to lift suitcase up spiralled staircase if not staying on the ground floor. This did feel quite dangerous, particularly when carrying it back down.

The location was good, it was in walking distance to downtown Bergen. Close to bus line and Bergen attractions we wanted to see. It felt safe. The beds were super comfortable. Liked the heated bathroom floor. Liked having laundry facilities in the apartment.
Shower had some mold in it. I felt like the bathroom could have been cleaner. Maybe a few extra towels would have been nice. Didn't like the stairs going up to the apartment or the entry steps. Host didn't respond to emails.
