Clean, convenient, good communication
The bathroom is quite long and narrow, awkward shape but functional. No soap provided in shower. Blind in second bedroom didn’t raise

The location was great. Walking distance to Bergen central. Washing machine snd drying rack was great.
The stairs getting down and up from the bedrooms and bathroom are very steep. Be aware if you have elderly people in your group. The last bedroom has no access to the wifi. We got locked out of the apartment. We were told that happens sometimes as the code lock needs fixing. Not helpful! No response via booking.com messages so I had to call. I really don’t like leaving negative feed back but this time it was warranted.

The location was good, it was in walking distance to downtown Bergen. Close to bus line and Bergen attractions we wanted to see. It felt safe. The beds were super comfortable. Liked the heated bathroom floor. Liked having laundry facilities in the apartment.
Shower had some mold in it. I felt like the bathroom could have been cleaner. Maybe a few extra towels would have been nice. Didn't like the stairs going up to the apartment or the entry steps. Host didn't respond to emails.
