Fantastic stay 🥰

This is our second year at the hotel. Amazing location, brilliant staff and the food was out of this world good. Complements to the chef. Great all around.

Luxurious and peaceful

Probably the best hotel you can find in the area. Very modern, hi-tech equipped and clean.

We have stayed at Hotel Gracian previously, and they never disappoint. Beds are very comfortable, the hotel is very clean, and the included breakfast and coffee is great!

Stay there only if you have to sleep in Sremska Mitrovica.

Rooms are pretty new, spacious bathroom.

There was a party during our stay for which no one informed us about. There was extremely loud music until 2am and our room was right above the restaurant where the party took place. Everything was literally shaking. We were with our kid, which woke up because of the noise and couldn’t fall asleep until the party was over. No options for ironing.

A pleasent surprise with fantstic breakfast and helpful staff

Hotel Gracian was a pleasant surprise on our trip. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were perfectly fine. We didn't use any additional facilities, so can't comment on those. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent value for money.

Well equipped room and spacious balkony. Superb bathroom. Good evening food at very fair prices. Breakfast included, tasty and filling. Excellent free parking in front of hotel. Much higher standard then expected or described.

Position of hotel is easy to find and very suitable for stop over whilst travelling, otherwise not close to any point of interest or shops. Car essential.

The hotel is lovely, the staff is delightful, and we will stay there next time we are in Mitrovica!

The hotel was very charming, very clean and updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very kind upon check in, very helpful with questions during the stay, and the morning breakfast was delicious!

"didn't like" is strong language, but it should just be known that there is no elevator, so if your luggage is heavy, you will need to have strong arms with you, or ask for help to carry bags upstairs.

We had a lovely stay...highly recommend it. The bed was very comfortable, linen was crisp & had a lovely smell to it. Facilities were brand new, everything in working order. The brekki included was delicious. They attended promptly to questions we had.

a nice surprise on our way to the south

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable double bed, nice room for 4 persons, huge bath. Breakfast ala carte, in the price inclusive.

Some more coffee in the morning would be more then welcome.

Η σωστή αντιμετώπιση για την πιθανότητα Ακύρωσης , που τελικά δεν έγινε, για λόγους ανωτέρας βίας,. Όπως επίσης και το

Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που επισκέφθηκα το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Βρίσκεται στην κατάλληλη θέση για τον ταξιδιώτη που κινείται από Ελλάδα για Ιταλία.

Κάποια σημεία στην καθαριότητα του χώρου του μπάνιου , που όμως τακτοποιήθηκαν αμέσως με την άμεση επέμβαση της κοπέλας καθαριότητας!! Και η όχι τόση ευγένεια του μεσήλικα βοηθού σερβιρίσματος τις πρωινές ώρες!!

Keinesfalls wieder!!

Die Zimmer waren schön und sauber. Für einen Zwischenstop auf der Reise nach Österreich eine gute Lage

Im Restaurant fand ein Live-Musik-Konzert statt, wir wurden weder im Vorfeld noch beim Check-In darüber informiert (obwohl ich extra nachgefragt habe, ob noch etwas wissen sollte). Die Musik war so laut, dass wir uns im Zimmer (2. Stock) die Ohren zuhalten mussten - so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt!! Es war unerträglich, wir waren mit 2 Hunden auf der Durchreise und wollten nur Erholung und Schlaf - daran war nicht zu denken. Wir beschwerten uns am Abend mehrmals, das wurde nur Schulterzuckend vom Personal zur Kenntnis genommen, ein Kontaktversuch mit dem Manager war "leider erfolglos". Das Problem scheint gut bekannt zu sein, leider haben wir erst danach in den Bewertungen gelesen, dass das immer wieder vorkommt. Es ist wirklich eine Frechheit ein Zimmer unter diesen Bedingungen zu vermieten!! Am nächsten Tag als ich noch einmal eine enttäuschte Rückmeldung gab, entschuldigte sich zwar jemand vom Management und bot ein (bereits bezahltes) Frühstück an, aber sie sagte auch, dass man normalerweise bei der Ankunft darüber informiert wird und wenn man möchte bei der Suche nach einem anderen Hotel unterstützt wird (????!!!) . Einfach unfassbar!!

Heerlijk overnachtingshotel met een lekker ontbijt.

De kamer is heerlijk rustig en comfortabel. De bedden zijn heerlijk en de badkamer lekker ruim. Op de heenreis naar Griekenland hebben we hier ook overnacht.

Eigenlijk 1 ding, dat er overal nog gerookt wordt.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Hotel ist ruhig, sauber, relativ modern und liegt optimal für die Durchreise, da von der Autobahn nur 5 km entfernt. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich eingerichtet, Betten bequem, Bad gut ausgestattet. Restaurant mit Terrasse im Haus, Essen wirklich sehr lecker, Kellner sehr nett und lustig. Frühstück á la carte, Auswahl sehr begrenzt, wahrscheinlich reicht die Anzahl der Frühstücksgäste für ein Buffet nicht, Frühstück sehr üppig aber lecker. Hotel sehr empfehlenswert für die Durchreise

Rauchen im Innenbereich des Restaurants und Frühstücksbereichs ist erlaubt, ist halt leider in Serbien so, ist aber sehr unangenehm

Netjes en schoon hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel

Mooi nieuw hotel en een mooie en rustige omgeving. We waren met onze hond en was het een fijne plek om met hem te wandelen. Ontbijt is beperkt, maar erg lekker.

Echt het enige probleem was dit! In de periode dat wij gingen (Augustus 2025) werd er gewerkt aan de afslag naar het dorp. Hierdoor hebben we 20 minuten moeten omrijden via een VERSCHRIKKELIJKE weg! Aan het hotel was niks op aan te merken!

L’emplacement est parfait à quelques kilomètres de l’autoroute ainsi que le personnel qui est très accueillant et aidant. Le restaurant est aussi très bon.

Кошмарно преживяване!

На удобно място е разположен хотела, чисто е, персонала е любезен. Ресторанта предлага много добра закуска, удобен е да се седне за обяд и вечеря, храната е вкусна!

Хотела имаше проблем с централната климатизация. Климатиците се управляват централно от рецепция, а не от стаята. Вечерта климатика не работеше и в стаята температурата беше 32,5 градуса. Отне почти 3 часа докато установим, че климатика за всяка стая се управлява от централното табло а не от кутията в стаята. От рецепцията направиха няколко опита в централното табло да пуснат климатика да охлади и към полунощ климатика беше настроен от администратора на 20 градуса и така се опитахме да спим но изобщо не беше лесно и в 7 часа сутринта температурата в стаята беше паднала на 25 градуса. Оказа се че в общите части на хотела климатика е работел на отопление! Не препоръчвам хотела за хора което ся планирали дълъг преход след нощувка, тъй като рискуват да не спят цяла нощ . Който е монтирал климатичната инсталация явно не у съобразил че това е хотел а не административна сграда в която хоратя имат 8 часов работен ден!
