The hospitality of the staff, their good care of all my needs. They were very proactive regarding helping me to navigate the area, find nearby markets, offer extra stuff not enlisted in the room, and find transportation to other areas in Belgrade. Most of all they were positive, social, and smiley all the time.

Good design. Everything is new and clean. Very nice bed. Quiet atmosphere. Good WiFi. Big water heater. Friendly staff.
No active reception at low season time. You're supposed to call out the administrator. Very low bathroom ceiling on the top floor, not convenient for tall people. Far from bus and train.

The room was new and clean
Firstly, there was no one there when we arrived, even though we advised of our arrival time. We called the contact the number and were told someone was on their way but were left waiting in the cold and dark for half an hour before they arrived.
There is only one plug socket in the whole room which is next to the bed, this wasn't ideal when sitting at the desk on my laptop.
The TV did not work.
