Unable to use the spa..

The hotel was really nice and the people at the reception very kind, special thanks to Diana for the nice recommendation on dinner!! The apartment was really spacious and clean which made our staying a nice experience!!!

There seemed to be some confusion concerning the spa services... We were told we could use the spa but when we tried to the door was locked from a family that was inside, when they opened the door there was this feeling that they had to go out of the spa in order for us to get in and the sauna was not in operation and there was no willingness from the person that was at the reception desk at that time to operate it so we decided not to use it. ...

What me and my family liked was the omlette, we liked the temperature of the pool, also the jacuzzi. And that's where things we liked stop, as far as I am concerned.

Maybe it was four stars when it opened, but now it feels like three stars. First of all, the size of the room, especially, didn't feel like four stars, it was way too small. Second, at breakfast, if you naturally want to drink a coffee, you will need to wait one hour to get one, if there are many people who want the same thing as you, because there is only one coffee machine, that starts slow and makes the coffee even slower. Third, you need to have luck with whom you get at the reception, because some of the staff don't even speak English, which must be mandatory for a staff member, we are talking about a capital after all. In the end, even though the pool is nice, some staff members may have some 'business' there and you don't have access to the pool, even after you payed for it. From my perspective, a budget hotel.

Nice stay in Belgrade

I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, featuring a soft mattress and high-quality linen that made for a restful experience. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a small but pleasant swimming pool and a relaxing spa area. Breakfast was generous, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would like to compliment the staff for their kindness and helpfulness—they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, such as allowing early and late access to the swimming pool for exercise. Their assistance in ensuring my lost luggage was delivered safely to the hotel during my absence was greatly appreciated.

On the more cautious side, it is worth noting that the hotel is located quite far from the city center. While it is well connected by public transport, the journey took about an hour each way, which should be considered when planning activities. Additionally, the swimming pool is designed more for relaxation than for swimming, as the water temperature was exceptionally warm, making it difficult to swim comfortably.

Loved this place totally

It's a lovely friendly hotel and the pool is an absolute bonus in Belgrade! The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. It is exceptional value for money. We had a recommendation for a local restaurant within walking distance and that was excellent.

It is not far from the airport but at rush hour it's really congested on the road out. This however would not stop me staying there again.

Dijan made us feel at home. This was our second visit and definitely not our last!

We were more than comfortable in our beds. The attention and service we received from Dijon was more than fantastic. He really is a pro in this business. They are lucky to have him on their team!

Very nice place

It'a a very comfortable place, the rooms are big, nice spa/pool area ☺️ Maybe the area is not the best touristic area, but it has everything - restaurants, shops, parking options, public transport - for us, it was ideal, we didn't want to stay in the center. Very good value for the money.

Friendly staff and excellent value

Excellent beds, really. Slept like a baby. There was everything that one could possibly need in a room. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they allowed us to use the pool in the morning, although usually they would only open from noon. They even moved the breakfast from 8am to 7am to cater for our needs, which I found exceptional service. Thank you once again! Please give them a raise! :)

Some people kept on smoking inside the bar, and right outside the back door entrance from the bar. I did not like that and had to ask repeatedly to close the door.

Good place for a weekend getaway. Away from center, but manageble.

The breakfast was good. They have the same thing everyday so it gets a little boring. The room with the jacquzi and was big and comfy, and it is really warm even without using heating because of the sauna. We stayed for two nights and had a good time.

The rooms were clean enough, but since we had the room with the jacquzi we cleaned it ourselves nontheless because when i run it there was a lot of junk that came out from the pipes, probably some bathbombs or similar that previous guests used. The hair drier in our room was faulty so they let us use the fixed one in another room since they didn't have another one at their disposal.

Don't hesitate if you need a perfect room for couple of days in Belgrade

The Hotel is quite near the airport. The room and the Hotel is clear and all the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with a great one coffee.

The room smell left a bad taste because it seems used to smoke inside before. Definitely I could feel the smell of that and it was disturbing but I aired the room and it was better.

Not suitable for living

Nope, nada. Just skip. Smell of librarian dust only increases as some closer to your room. Dim lights, only one free electric socket. Not even toilet paper provided. Thought I could handle it, but started coughing after 40 minutes, gathered bag, , booked another flat and left. At reception they said "no refund, sorry" (Though, there really was no refund on booking). Lost my 4 days of money, but still think I shouldn't violate myself for 200 bucks
