Location IS superb. Right in the City centre but still quiet and Safe. Kitchen in the basement probably due to customs and local Architecture very convenient. Used to be a Kind of Former Restaurant or Hotel. Bathroom in the room with floor heating.
Everything seems to have a Patina. Thorough cleaning would BE helpful.

The kitchen is a great size and a great facility to have. The dining room also is a nice size and a nice sociable area to chill before bed. The bed was comfortable.
I booked a female only dorm and they first tried to put me into a large mixed dorm so I had to show my booking to confirm female only, I was then told to wait whilst they sorted it out. I waited around 15 minutes and told the lady at reception I was actually unwell and needed to lay down which was why I booked a room, she was very quick to sort my room after that which was great - but you had to share a bathroom with men and go through the male dorm to get to the female dorm and several times during the night men would walk in the room accidentally thinking it was the bathroom.
