Very centrally located, really good value for money.
Not the quietest and the bathroom weren't the cleanest (quite moldy).

i tried to check in at 9h30am , then 11h30 , then 13h30 , but i could not as nobody was at the recption

I can confidently say that what sets this property apart isn't just the rooms, the location, or the amenities — it's the people, and one person in particular: the receptionist at the front desk: Radvile.
From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and sincerity of her welcome. She had a way of making every single guest feel like the most important person in the room, regardless of who they were — she gave each person her full attention, her full energy, and her full dedication.

Great location and Great staff.
The hostel is old and need proper maintenance. There is stink of mold and everything is pretty old. Bad isolation from the street. You can hear each car driving through. It's a pity as the hostel could have great potential.
