I would have liked a kettle to make tea. Also one or two cloths to wipe down kitchen surfaces.

Very large apartment, great bathrooms and kitchen. The ladies that came to re-clean were very nice! The couches are comfortable and a great location.
The communication was terrible...followed directions exactly and no answer. Our friend from Salamanca had to call the phone number to help us get into the apartment. We had an issue with hair on the bedsheets everywhere and on a bedside table. Getting that resolved took 5 ignored messages until I contacted Booking.com and they helped. The bedsheets were changed out. They are the absolute cheapest, thin and unpresentable linens we have ever encountered anywhere. The dining room walls have paint coming off, tape and glue on them. A broken shade left in a corner of a bedroom, walls have dings and marks throughout. Once the issues were resolved with a lot of my time wasted, the apartment was "fine". It takes a very long time to cool the apartment as well.
