I like the location, being a short walk from Plaza Mayor and having shops and cafes nearby. The cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The online staff are helpful too. Our first room was a disabled room and was large. Both the bathroom and the kitchen area were spacious. Those in the second room were much smaller.
I also like the simplicity of the check-in process, although there is always a worry with eKeys of phone power and connection.
I don't know what the cleaning policy is after checking out, i.e. are the cleaning staff supposed to do a full clean or expect that the departing guests have done that. The larger of the two flying pans in the first room had old used oil still in it and there were dripped spots of oil on some of the cutlery in the drawer

Great location, easy check in / checkout process ( all via your phone ).
Bed was on the smaller side as it was a double rather than a queen.

Lack of Aircon, even though it's advertised. It's switched off in the Autumn but they don't tell you that until you've read all the info in the room, looked online etc. They gave us a fan for the second night that was better.
24 hour WhatsApp help line not 24 hour, unless they wanted to send me a message.
Bed quite squishy in places
Shower minuscule and nowhere to balance your shampoo etc. When you turn around you end up turning off the shower with your back!
