Apartamentos Esperanza by gaiarooms

A localização é muito boa, e o chuveiro é ótimo!!!

O colchão da cama afunda um pouco, então é um pouco incomodo..

The location was really good and the instructions to access the flat were really easy and accessible. There was a car parking nearby which made it easy with the suitcases. Lots of restaurants nearby. It had a big fridge with a freezer, it came in handy as we were travelling with frozen food on a cooler. The apartment looked brand new with nice decoration.

A few things we didn't like. We came with a buggy and it was difficult to go up the stairs with it. We asked for a cot and it wasn't available. The sofa bed was not open and the bed sheets were not prepared when we arrived, we had to do it ourselves. One of the room lights was always flashing as it clearly had an issue. The fan and TV remotes were not working due to low battery. The coffee machine was leaking water every time we made coffee. The toaster had an issue and one of the toasting slots was not working properly. Overall experience was okayish as it was a "brand new" apartment but these small things were annoying.

La ubicación excelente. La comodidad de la cama.

Hacía mucha calor dentro de la habitación (32°) al llegar y no había aire acondicionado . Solamente ventilador. Nos tocó abrir las ventanas de par en par, a la noche y el ventilador en marcha para poder dormir

la ubicación, como la mayoría de las personas que dejan su reseña, el apartamento no estaba mal del todo

puf..muchas cosas, la no tener aire acondicionado, solo ventiladores en techos muy altos, hay que abrir las ventanas por el calor y al estar tan céntrico se escucha los camiones de la limpieza, la gente hablando, etc etc. Luego no sabíamos maniobrar el grifo de la ducha para el agua caliente y llamamos y tuvimos que mandar un video y mandarlo por mail
