La ubicación es lo mejor. La amabilidad y facilidad para contactar con ellos. En todo momento están en contacto contigo. Las dos camas muy cómodas. Todo estaba muy limpio.

El señor encargado muy amable y atento a nuestras inquietudes y pedidos, me ayudo en lo que le pedi durante mi estadia. El aire acondicionado fue lo ideal ante el calor.

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente y el trato del personal muy agradable con comunicación antes y a la llegada, directa y eficaz.
A nuestro parecer el apartamento no está preparado para acomodar a 4 personas, falta menaje, sillas para poder al menos desayunar, las toallas son justas, papel higiénico escaso etc. Nos parece que es mejorable. Hemos detectado también un olor bastante desagradable cada vez que entrábamos, mezcla de olor a comida con olor a humedad. La limpieza en general es bastante mejorable.
