Salamanca Centro Apartamentos

It is a big apartment, clean, and an excellent location for exploring Salamanca. It was quiet and perfect for getting a good night's sleep.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We like it because it’s in a great location and is a good size for a family of four. It has air conditioning and a washing machine, which are both really useful in the summer.

It’s a very minor thing, but it would have been nice to have been left some coffee and filters for the first morning. Also there was no chopping board.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bedrooms.

Parking not included, paid 19€/night, but very close

Location was great. The apartment was clean enough.

Online check in is necessary and it wasn't explained that it was the only way to check in. It also took a lot of phone calls to sort out parking. I can't fault customer service (we had to speak to different people each time we called which means we had to explain the situation from the beginning several times) who answered and helped us to the best of their ability. I just feel that there were too many unnecessary steps to book the parking slot, and having no reception to go to for help just added to the stress. This experience reminded me why I prefer hotels than apartments when travelling.
