A beautiful little apartment. Clean. Everything we needed, central location.

Quite noisy at night especially on Friday and Saturday.

Great location and lovely apartment on the top floor of the building. Good for a family of 4 as the 'kids' sleep upstairs in their own space with a toilet and bathroom. Staff were responsive and helpful. The balcony was a lovely space, would be ideal on days warmer than ours were. Lots of beautiful artwork in the apartment to admire.

The upstairs bedroom is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase so very difficult to get larger cases up there. We used the space downstairs for them. One of the upstairs beds is under a low sloping roof which could be an issue for tall people - care is needed.. The only other criticism is a lack of pots and pans if you do decide to cook a meal in the apartment (only one useful pot and two worn 'non-stick' frypans).

Location was great. The apartment was clean enough.

Online check in is necessary and it wasn't explained that it was the only way to check in. It also took a lot of phone calls to sort out parking. I can't fault customer service (we had to speak to different people each time we called which means we had to explain the situation from the beginning several times) who answered and helped us to the best of their ability. I just feel that there were too many unnecessary steps to book the parking slot, and having no reception to go to for help just added to the stress. This experience reminded me why I prefer hotels than apartments when travelling.
