Zelf ontbijt in het appartement gemaakt. Bij aankomst werd een flesje water voor elk van ons verstrekt, wat gezien de warmte heel welkom was. De zorg en medeleven voor mijn gebroken voetbot was geweldig! Host Maria regelde met veel moeite vanwege de feestweek voor het verblijf de huur van een rolstoel.

location is unbeatable, right by the plaza mayor. host was extremely friendly.

La ubicación y anfitrión son fabulosos. Todo fue de maravilla.

El único "pero" es que la zona es un poco ruidosa el fin de semana, pero la ubicación lo compensa.

This is our fourth (I think!) time staying in this apartment - we visit Salamanca regularly as we have family in the city. It was great the first time (which is why we keep coming back!) - each time we've visited it's got a little bit better. We really appreciated the small updates since our last stay - like a new comfy sofa - and the TV works really well now! Also appreciated the welcome pack with enough coffee/tea etc for your first morning. Beds are huge and extremely comfortable and loads of space to store clothes. Most things you need to be able to cook. It was very cold when we were there, but the apartment stayed super warm and cosy thanks to underfloor heating. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower, HomyAT were so quick to respond and help via Whatsapp and we fixed it ourselves in seconds.

The rain shower head is great - It would be even better if the other handheld shower head had a stand where you could place it so you could actually shower underneath it. The usual warning about noise from the street - but that's a given if you're staying in the city centre, and it's only really noticeable on weekends / holidays. Apartment is generally very soundproof.
