Ando Apartments Suites

We liked staying here, it was a lovely compact apartment, a short walk from the main square. There was a public underground carpark directly in front. We were on the first floor, immediately above the cafe/restaurant. It felt like the soundproofing was good, though we could the hear dull sounds of it below, but it didn't bother us. It was more of a daytime/early evening place so it didn't seem noisy late. The apartment had everything we needed, bathroom/kitchen all worked well. The communication was good. We didn't use it but there were washing machines & driers in the hallway. We loved our stay, it was quick and easy to explore the old city, and easy enough to walk to El Corte Ingles for shopping.

バスルームの仕切りがスライドドアで、隙間があり、プライバシーを保つのが難しい。トイレットペーパーが1個しか補充がなかった。2泊したのに。同じフロアに禁じられているペットを連れ込んでいるゲストがいて、夕方その犬を閉じ込めて外出しているようで、ずっと鳴いていてうるさかった。この件はホストにも伝えました。チェックアウト時にエレベーターが故障して使えず困りました。

La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento moderno y con todo lo necesario, decorado con gusto. La forma de ingresar también muy cómoda.

Location was very good, close to the old town, shops and cafe. Apartment was stylish, beds very comfortable, air-conditioning a must. Surprisingly quiet despite being on a very busy street. check-out time of 12.00

Shower blocked, kitchen sink tap falling off, only one wine glass for 2 bed apartment, only 3 coffee cups (2 cracked and 1 chipped). Apartment just needing some routine maintenance to be brilliant.
