The position was excellent.

The air conditioning was not working properly. It had a sticker on saying “Do not touch”. It was set at 21 degrees. It was very hot!! Also, the apartment needs to have an Iron.

Unbelievable location, right next to Plaza Mayor. Parking in Santa Eulalia only 6 mins walk, about €14 per day. The apartment is very stylish, spacious, superbly equipped, has a good open roof terrace with sun all day, and check in is very easy, all done with codes. Also they do noon check out which is great. Very comfortable bed. Superb.

We can not fault this place.

The location is perfect. It is only 1-minute walk to the Mayor Plaza. Beside the apartment building, there are big indoor market, restaurants and taxi station. The building is close to the main street where you can take any bus easily to the bus or train main station. The cleanliness and condition of all facilities provided in the apartment is more or less O.K. The tone of whole building's decoration is mainly in black or darkness which is not expected from the pictures provided in its website. People may have different opinion or favour to this decoration style. Beside these minor consideration, the host did provide prompt reply to all my questions and requests during the stay. I do appreciate his service provided for us.

The kitchen ware does not facilitate cooking too much. The pillows are too firm and thick. It is not comfortable to all person. The washing machine is not inside the room, and they are located in aonther floor's common room. However, 3 out of 6 washing machines are not working. The noise from the restaurants downstair is only very minor and accepable to us. However, there are road cleaning vehicles working at the midnight, and makes loud machine noise. Hence I have to close the windows at night.

Tenía muy poca luz natural, súper oscuro que encima con el muro en medio tapando la única ventana del salón-cocina y eso no era nada acogedor....
