Buena ubicación muy cercana al puente romano, la piscina pequeña pero se agradeció por el calor.
Se podría mejorar algún mobiliario, que está regular de mantenimiento, pero bien en líneas generales.

Las ubicación está muy bien porque puedes ir andando hasta el centro cruzando el puente, el apartamento es amplio y luminoso. Estaba limpio y es fácil de llegar hasta él.
Hacía 34º fuera y las camas estaban hechas con endredon nórdico, además, al ser una segunda planta orientación sur, le daba el sol de lleno y no tenía airea acondicionado. Había un ventilador de pie en cada habitación que hacia bastante ruido. La ducha de la piscina estaba rota.

La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca del centro histórico y el paseo para llegar a él es muy agradable. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que permite descansar después de un día de turismo. Además tiene cochera, lo que se agradece mucho en una ciudad histórica como es Salamanca.
A pesar de ser un apartamento de nueva construcción, tiene pocos detalles: falta de mobiliario (solo una mesita de noche en el dormitorio principal, no hay ninguna estantería en el baño, el armario del dormitorio doble está compartido con las cosas de limpieza, etc.), poco menaje, falta de decoración, la ducha gotea...
