I literally have nothing to add: the apartment is stylish, unique, and quite spacious, with its own private elevator leading directly from the building’s entrance to the foyer. It has a fully equipped kitchen. It’s a real pleasure to live in the very heart of a beautiful city. I just want to mention a couple of things to keep in mind. First, you can’t drive right up to the door because it’s a pedestrian zone. There’s an underground city parking garage five minutes away for 20 euros per day, so you can leave your car there. Second, the staircase to the second floor is very nice in terms of design, but not very practical. We were traveling with very young children, and that made our stay a little more challenging. For adults, this definitely isn’t a problem. A wonderful apartment, and very clear communication with the host. We’d happily stay here again.

La localisation, seulement 2 logements dans l'immeuble, l'ascenseur arrive directement dans l'appartement, parfaitement optimisé et propreté impeccable.

Double vitrage pas optimum mais rue calme sauf installation et rangement de la terrasse du bar en face. Sincèrement pas très gênant.

Ambiente molto accogliente e completo. Pulito e funzionale. Personale sempre disponibile e professionale. Posizione super centrale e perfetta per visitare Salamanca

Suggerimento: migliorare l’insonorizzazione delle finestre

Céntrico, limpio, moderno e incluso mejor de lo que nos esperábamos. Está en el corazón de Salamanca, es súper bonito y acogedor el piso. No se escucha mucho ruido y la fama es súper cómoda.
