Plaza mayor 19 Collection Luxury

Location cannot be beat. Balcony doors offer multiple levels of openness to the plaza. The design, materials and details, of the apartment were fantastic. This is a great place to stay, we felt lucky to get it.

Accessing the unit took more than just getting the door code. We needed to download an app (which didn't work right away, took a few attempts) to get into the building, then needed hints on finding the room door, and instructions on operating the unique door handle lock on the room door; it all worked out but if we'd gotten all that information (including a very helpful video) before arrival instead of texts while standing at the door with our bags, it would have reduced a lot of stress. Also, we did not get bed linens or towels for the third member of our party.

Un mini apartamento privilegiado en Salamanca. Muy nuevo, con vistas a la Plaza Mayor y con ascensor.

Cocina poco equipada, podía tener algún utensilio más, como por ejemplo tapaderas para las cazuelas o sartenes.

Apartamento não estava limpo quando chegámos e a água quente não foi suficiente para as 4 pessoas - a meio do banho de terceira pessoa já não havia água quente.
