Location
The communication about how to get into the property was confusing, wrong at the beginning and took too long to resolve their issue. Glasses, and cooking supplies were poor , there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms , no paper towel or dish towel and no napkins, no dishwasher soap either. They asked us to dispose of the garbage of the whole place and place in bin a block away that was available between 20:00 and 7:00. Dining chairs were cheap and unstable. The redeeming quality is its location but be aware that it’s right next to a road that provides access to delivery trucks to the Old Town and therefore at times noisy. Also the flat is above a cafe, and their outdoor tables make it some what noisy. Management left us with the feeling that they just handle reservations but little attention to small details that make a good stay into a memorable stay.
