Месторасположение достаточно удобное.
На кухне не было ни бумажных салфеток, ни бумажного полотенца. В качестве комплимента хозяева не оставили ни воды, ни кофе, ни несколько пакетиков чая. Очень застиранные полотенца. Не было полотенец на смену. Не было одеял, тонкие покрывала не спасли от холода ночью. В раковинах в туалете невозможно умываться. Проблемы с напором воды. Одна из раковин засорена. Не было утюга, но об этом было заявлено, мы не обратили внимание.

Zeer vriendelijke en enthousiaste ontvangst door Rocio die duidelijke uitleg gaf over het appartement. Het appartement is zeer goed gelegen, dicht bij het centrum van Salamanca. Gesitueerd aan de achterzijde van het gebouw is het zeer rustig en geen last van lawaai. Verder is het appartement voldoende comfortabel met 2 en-suite badkamers en voldoende grote kamers. Een garage dichtbij is ter beschikking tegen betaling van 15,- €/dag (zeer schappelijk).
2 kleine opmerkingen: bij een van de douches werkte enkel de regendouche. Verder is de tafel in de living een beetje bizar, maar doenbaar.

Es idéntico a las fotos, las habitaciones súper cómodas con el baño privado y unas camas en las que descansarás de lujo. Se agradece mucho el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, de todas formas está muy bien ventilado. Viendo los radiadores supongo que en invierno será también muy calentito.
La cocina está perfectamente equipada con electrodomésticos y con menaje de todo tipo, así como artículos de limpieza. La zona de salón es muy agradable para compartir ratitos en familia.
Muy céntrico, en pocos minutos te plantas en el centro de Salamanca y puedes visitar muchos sitios a pie. El edificio es muy cómodo en el acceso y cuenta con doble ascensor.
En definitiva, equipado con calidades, muy cómodo y agradable.
Rocío, la propietaria, es encantadora y siempre dispuesta, te explica lo necesario y se muestra disponible. Tuvimos una incidencia ajena al apartamento y nos facilitó todo muchísimo. Siempre agradecidos.
Ojalá poder repetir siempre.
