Fabulous apartment steps from Plaza Mayor. It was a very quiet street, with excellent shades to black out the morning light to sleep in. The apartment is perfectly outfitted with everything you could need. We stayed here for 10 days and it was excellent. The small balconies overlooking the street add even more charm. The host was amazing answering questions, sending us recommendations, and extremely fast to respond.

The apartment is beautiful and very well kept , the location was great , less than a minute away from Plaza Mayor . The landlord was very courteous and always available if we had any questions about our stay or the city . He got us info about touristic places to visit , where to shop and restaurants. I definitely will go back to the same place if I decide to visit Salamanca again.

This apartment was exactly as it appeared in the description - no trick photography! It was a cozy space with everything you need for an extended stay in Salamanca. I was even able to host a small dinner party with my new international friends! The apartment is very close to Plaza Mayor with many restaurants, cafes, and shops, and less than a 15 min walk to the cursos international building of the universidad de Salamanca. Fernando was awesome! The check in and check out process was flexible and easy. He welcomed us with a bottle of wine as well as lists of favorite restaurants, parking, and tourist suggestions. He took the time to check on me throughout the stay and even dropped off a sweet treat to wish me luck on my exams! I almost hate to leave such an impressive review because I plan to return soon, and I will want to stay in this same apartment! You will not regret booking this apartment or working with Fernando! El apartamento es muy lindo, espacioso, todo limpio, muy funcional de la manera que está decorado. A mi y a mi familia nos encanto. Además que está muy céntrico. Muy cerca de la plaza mayor. Fernando se ocupa de que tengas todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía.
