Lo mejor de este apartamento es en primer lugar, la ubicación, muy cerca del centro histórico. Lo segundo, la cocina y el baño, nuevos.
Varias cosas: si bien la cocina y el baño son nuevos, le faltan varias cosas para completar una estancia agradable, ya que solo con eso, no es suficiente. Cosas básicas que le faltan: jabón de manos, servilletas, un mantel, una cortina en la habitación de matrimonio, cápsulas para la cafetera, mesillas de noche en la habitación de matrimonio sin lámparas. Cosas que fallan: la limpieza regular, es muy difícil manejar el cierre y apertura de las ventanas, lámpara de pie del salón sin bombilla, el secador se recalienta y deja de funcionar, el somier de la cama de matrimonio tiene dos patas centrales dobladas porque son más altas que el resto, el cabecero de la cama de matrimonio está suelto sin fijar a la pared y se mueve mucho, el colchón de la cama de matrimonio no es muy firme y se hunde un poco.

Faltaba material básico como un mantel para la mesa, servilletas, algo más de cubiertos, trapos para limpiar.. faltaban las cortinas en el dormitorio principal.
