Location, very nice apartment.
Registration difficult. Asked for passport expiration date but scrolling didn't go above year 2030 and mine is 2033! Entry code for main door needs a # after the numbers but instructions didn't say so. Called for help and was transferred 2 times to different agents. Very frustrating. Mirror light in bathroom didn't work. Bed very soft.

The location is absolutely perfect! It is a walking distance from all major tourist sites, surrounded by cafés and restaurants, and 5 mins away from a 24/7 open grocery store.
It was clean and cozy, with everything you would need for a short stay. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom very spacious. The view is also gorgeous, although because of the heat outside we didn't want to open the blinds.
We, as well as other tenants on a different floor, had some problems with the virtual keys, the entry door was not opening, we had to try for around 10 minutes to open it. We called the customer service number, but they didn't answer. Since it was only a few minutes, it wasn't too urgent, but still a problem.
Also, keep in mind that the air conditioning is set already, you cannot change the temperature or speed. We would have liked to change it, as the heat from outside was strong during our stay and it made the room a little hotter, but it wasn't too bad.
