Location, location, location (this is prime) in the middle of everything!!!! Apartment was well designed and modern. Everything we needed and more was available. If going with a car, will recommend reserving the parking (but get ready, its quite small but definitely needed). Owner was very friendly, responsive and super responsible.

No street parking near by... Also, I would have liked the description to state there were no elevators. I found out after the booking was made. I had a stroller, 4 pieces of luggage, and children (one under 1 year old), which made the two-story stair claim chaotic. I think that should be in the main description so that families can prepare appropriately. Also, the place is older and beautiful, but this means thinner walls. With kids, things can get loud and there is a quite time in the morning at night. Overall, the location is prime and will work perfectly for families with older kids. For us, it was chaotic since our kids where smaller.

Lovely building and the room had nice details. Very quiet

They are in the process of remodeling, so the entry and hallways are construction zones. Will be beautiful when completed.

Location in the heart of Salamanca and a beatiful building. The obligatory appliances were avaiable and without any problems to report. It is a clean space

- The noise: from the street, from the opposing rooms, it feels like you have someone inside your bedroom - The beds were hard to join - We asked for parking and we were told 24h before our stay that they couldn´t even though he had ask a week earlier - AC did not function correctly
