Wonderful place

I love that everything was accommodated in the house it was close to transport not far from the city centre. The house is very cozy. The host was very very very helpful. I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. I really recommend this place honestly.

If not for heating issues it would have been perfect

The house is a good size and was very clean. The layout as well as the amenities provided were very much appreciated. When we first arrived the heating was not working but the host showed up fairly quickly to sort it out (unfortunately the issue did happen again on our last night but it was late and out last night so we didn't bother calling the host again). But all facilities were there: iron, washing machine, seasoning, towels everything. And self check in was convenient and all went smoothly.

The heating issue was a major negative for our trip. If it hadn't been so cold then it would have been fine but we were only there for a few nights and were freezing for a good portion of our time there. It was difficult to get to the house with public transport. We took the bus there and the bus stop was 11 mins away which was difficult with suitcases and bumpy pavements after that we stuck to uber on the way back. But without the suitcases the bus was okay (about 30 mins total to get to town).

A comfortable, clean stay near Manchester City

It's very clean, it has all the basics you'll need for a nice stay. It's definitely good value for money considering you get the entire house and it has a garden. The beds are very comfortable too, a good nights sleep both nights.

The only thing (which is out of their hands anyway due to the layout of the house), is that the bathroom doesn't have a window and the extractor fan is a little slow to get the steam out.

Bad

Absolutely nothing - the feeling of dread when we arrived. It was like the sitcom ' Shameless'.

The house was a housing association house, in a dreadful area of Manchester. We were completely shocked. We left the accommodation after 2 nights, due to not having any sleep. Parties going on and car revving up outside and racing up and down the road. Our car tyres were let down. There were no utensils in the kitchen for cooking with !! just a cooker, air fryer and microwave. No bowls, chopping boards, no bread knife! No baking trays, casserole dishes for the oven - absolutely nothing!

Everything you could need and so comfy!

Beautiful modern house with 3 bedrooms and secure parking, was lovely and clean and tidy and had everything you could possibly need for a long stay although only stayed 1 night so didn’t need to use the facilities. In a lovely area not too far from the city centre but great to be away from the hustle and bustle at night, only a short Uber ride away. The host was so helpful and attentive Smart TV with Netflix and Disney is always a plus!
