​"Sin da subito, il proprietario si è mostrato estremamente disponibile, cordiale e premuroso verso ogni nostra esigenza. L'appartamento è risultato pulito, spazioso e dotato di ottimi infissi: tenendoli chiusi durante il giorno, la casa rimane fresca e piacevole anche senza dover ricorrere all'aria condizionata. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l'eccellente insonorizzazione. ​La posizione è ideale: immersa nella campagna e circondata da altre abitazioni, a circa un chilometro da Sant'Anna Arresi. È il posto perfetto per godersi la quiete e il silenzio, senza però mai percepire quella sensazione di isolamento che a volte può risultare scomoda. In poche parole, un luogo bellissimo. Un sentito ringraziamento al Sig. Marco per la sua costante assistenza e per aver reso la nostra permanenza impeccabile."
