About this apartment rental
Beautiful three-room apartment on the ground floor of a villa, tastefully furnished and with beautiful garden, ideal for those who love peace and quiet. Excellent solution for lovers of wind surfing, kite surfing or for those who want to visit the countless beaches around Porto Pino which are 10 minutes walk away. Ideal for a family with two or three children, the apartment is rented with bed linen and towels. It consists of two beautiful and spacious rooms, one of which is a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary accessories for a pleasant vacation and includes a washing machine. There is a nice veranda where you can eat outdoors around a large table and enjoy a beautiful view of the beach and the dunes of Porto Pino. Shower also outdoors with hot and cold water. Pets are not allowed, no smoking in the apartment.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo trilocale per 8 giorni a luglio 2021..che dire...tutto perfetto: splendido appartamento in villa deliziosa e curata, panorama stupendo, posizione ottima per non sentire il caldo e per raggiungere la spiaggia ( avevamo l'auto ma la spiaggia più vicina si raggiunge anche a piedi ) e le meraviglie del territorio circostante , molto verde, dune, acqua cristallina e ottimo cibo. Casa pulitissima grazie alla Sig.ra Daniela che si occupa dell'accoglienza, ed il proprietario, seppure a distanza, è molto attento e gentile, ci ha dato ottime indicazioni sia per le strade migliori , che per i locali dove cenare. Splendida vacanza

La zona è incantevole e la casa del signor Paolo è un ottimo punto d appoggio. La comunicazione con Paolo è ststa buona. Consiglio l acquisto di una tv e di sedie a sdraio. Per il resto è tutto come descritto e ci siamo trovati bene. Grazieee

The apartment is fine for a family, like ours, with two children. 2 spacious sleeping rooms, a bathroom and kitchen/living room.
You will stay in one of the two ground floor apartments, and the family has the top floor. The owner Paolo is very nice and easy to communicate with.
Best local supermarket is 5min drive from Porto Pino in Sant 'Anna.
Besides the 4km long beach, where we preferreed the beautiful 'Dune' part, local smaller and nice beaches can be found only 0,5-1 km from the house on the west part of the village.
