About this house rental
Casa Lulu is a terraced house (on two floors) located in a newly built residential complex, 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Porto Pino. It is a comfortable and pleasant house to live with a private garden on three sides, equipped with all the comforts necessary to spend a wonderful holiday in a town characterized by white sand dunes, crystal clear sea and above all far from mass tourism.
The outdoor area of the house is furnished with table, chairs, barbecue area, shower, umbrella, sunbeds and armchairs; the house has private access and parking space for exclusive use and a condominium green space inside the gates. Inside, on the ground floor is the living room with kitchenette (with dishwasher and oven), sofa, table with chairs, washing machine and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor the sleeping area offers two bedrooms (one double with large dresser and one bedroom with bunk bed and third extra bed, built-in wardrobe) and a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available throughout the house.
The house is recommended for a comfortable and relaxing family holiday. Particularly suitable for children of all ages. It is equipped with convenient facilities for early childhood (changing table, cot, baby bouncer, high chair for meals, bikes for children and adults with child seats, etc.).
Less than 50 meters from the complex, there is a shopping center equipped with everything you need (mini-market, bar, butcher, newsagent and gastronomy). The house also offers 4 bikes, very useful for reaching the first and second beach, as well as for walks in the area or simply for shopping.

La casa è favolosa e la proprietaria assolutamente disponibile. La casa è situata all’interno di un residence immerso nella natura e ben curato a poca distanza dalla meravigliosa spiaggia. Dotato di ogni confort sembra di stare a casa propria. Non vediamo l’ora di tornarci. Michela

Wir haben das Objekt als Familie mit zwei Kindern gemietet. Das Haus ist absolut komplett und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Der schöne Strand von Porto Pino ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, was wir auch reichlich genutzt haben. Es gibt Bars und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Die großzügige Terrasse mit großem Grill und gemütlichen Liegestühlen lädt zum verweilen. Auch für Gäste zum gemeinsamen Essen gibt es genügend Sitzplätze, Geschirr und eine lange Tafel zum ausklappen. Der sehr gepflegte Garten ist in sich geschlossen und die Kinder können sich dort gefahrlos frei bewegen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich nett, immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder hierher.

Mio marito ed io, assieme alle nostre due bimbe, abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Lulu durante il mese di Luglio. La villetta è una schiera d'angolo circondata sui tre lati da un bel giardino curato e attrezzato di doccia esterna, divanetti, poltroncine e tavolo per pranzare all'aperto. La casa, su due piani, è luminosa e confortevole, arredata con gusto con mobili moderni dai colori che rimandano ai paesaggi marini. Particolarmente adatta per famiglie con bambini in quanto dotata di seggiolone, giochi, lettino con spondina e di biciclette per tutta la famiglia! Comodissimo anche l'ampio parcheggio privato di fronte a casa e la possibilità, in alternativa a questo, di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del giardino di proprietà. Sul retro la villetta affaccia su una bella corte in comune con le altre case del complesso ove i bambini possono giocare in completa sicurezza.
La tranquillità del luogo e la contemporanea vicinanza ad un piccolo centro commerciale ove è possibile fare la spesa con comodità sono un altro punto a favore.
Per non parlare poi della favolosa spiaggia di sabbia bianca finissima situata nelle vicinanze dove si può ammirare un mare caraibico e dei laghi salati dove i fenicotteri sostano indisturbati.
Un luogo incantato, dove la natura regala paesaggi indimenticabili e oramai sempre più rari.
Insomma, un luogo dove tornare sicuramente, un'esperienza da rivivere!
