About this house rental
A beautiful, detached vacation home with a view of the sea, situated on a well-maintained lot of approximately 500 m² with a green lawn on the "Sant Antioco" peninsula—in the beautiful little bay of "Maladroxia," where the shallow waters are perfect for children. This tastefully furnished home offers guests cozy comfort with a fantastic view of the sea and is just a 5-minute walk from the crystal-clear water and white-sand beach.
The living space of approximately 120 square meters spread over two levels includes the following rooms and accommodates up to 6 adults and one small child:
1 spacious living room with a large fireplace and access to the furnished panoramic terrace, where you can enjoy the fantastic sunset with a glass of wine - a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher - 2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 bedroom with bunk beds - 1 bathroom with shower/toilet/bidet and another bathroom with tub/shower/toilet/bidet.
In the rear outdoor area, there is another furnished terrace with a brick fireplace for barbecuing and a wonderful small outdoor seating area with lounge chairs for relaxing.
Additional amenities: Satellite TV - washing machine - refrigerator/freezer - gas stove with oven - dishwasher - toaster - coffee maker - barbecue fireplace - outdoor shower - window screens - fans - private parking spaces directly in front of the house.
This vacation home does not require air conditioning, as it is situated on a higher hill with plenty of fresh sea breeze, and all rooms are sufficiently cool.
A restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar are located right in the bay of "Maladroxia." The largest town is “Sant’Antioco,” about 7 km away, where you’ll find all the shops and services, excellent restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and supermarkets.
Other beautiful beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away, such as Calasetta or Porto-Pino.
Interesting attractions in the region include the “Zuddas” caves and the island of “Carloforte.”
It’s also worth taking a day-long boat trip with a meal on board.
The regional capital, CAGLIARI, with its airport, is about a 1-hour drive away. The drive from OLBIA takes about 3.5 hours, and from ALGHERO about 3 hours.
Transfers to and from the vacation home from the CAGLIARI airport are available upon request!
