The Da Zia Giovanna vacation home is located in San Giovanni Suergiu and is the ideal place to stay for a relaxing getaway. The property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, as well as an additional half-bath and a veranda; it can therefore accommodate 7 people. Linens are included in the price. It is located in the center of town, and all essential amenities (supermarket, bar, restaurant/pizzeria, pharmacy, ATM, etc.) are within easy walking distance.
We are located in southwestern Sardinia, where you’ll find beautiful, easily accessible beaches stretching from the southern tip of Capo Spartivento, passing through towns like Teulada, and then opening out toward the islands of Sant’Antioco and Carloforte, all the way to the immense white sand dunes of Porto Pino. The Sulcis region isn’t just about the sea—you can also visit archaeological sites, including Nuragic, Roman, and Byzantine ruins, as well as industrial heritage sites such as abandoned tunnels and mine shafts, including the famous mines of Montevecchio, Porto Flavia, and Rosas.
For lovers of water sports, this is one of the best areas in the Mediterranean for surfing and kitesurfing. Fans of free diving, spearfishing, and deep-sea fishing can enjoy the beautiful seabed, an abundance of fish, and facilities for renting equipment and boats. Meanwhile, those who prefer the mainland can take advantage of fantastic hiking trails, horseback riding excursions organized by local stables, and charming, little-traveled roads to explore by bike or motorcycle.
