Sicuramente la posizione centrale, ristoranti e locali a portata di mano e piszzale grande vicino per parcheggio; riammodernata internamente bene
L’odore di mufffa nelle stanze, poca areazione, piano terra evidentemente scantinato. Nella camera ad uso singolo ho trovato uno scarafaggio vivo, credo entrato dall’esterno causa porta princiiale della struttura su strada lasciata aperta
