About this villa rental
The single house, with views, is located about 7 minutes from the sea, is surrounded by a nice green lawn extremely soft.
It consists of living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms, one single room with two beds and a sofa bed for 1 + 1/2 square, bathroom with shower, hallway, veranda, laundry service, outdoor shower with hot water, satellite TV, DVD player, mosquito nets to every frame, cars. All in a plot of 5000 sqm fully fenced.
The white beaches, within walking distance, are equipped with bathing establishments and large free areas; stretch for kilometers, are surrounded by high sand dunes covered with juniper trees.
At about 700 meters there is the commercial center of the Tourist Village of Chia with: pharmacy, supermarket, boutiques, free admission for shows and evening entertainment, ice cream shop, pizzeria, restaurants, golf course, hiking with horses, off-road mountain biking. ,
The town of Pula, 10 minutes away from the house, offers a pleasant walk in the old town. Restaurants and craft shops, discos and a nightlife full of events such as concerts and art exhibitions welcome visitors.

Ein großes Haus in idyllischer Umgebung. Super Gastgeber.
Zu den wunderschönen Stränden sind es zu Fuß nur 12 Minuten, 5 Minuten mehr als von den Parkplätzen. Das Haus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, inkl. einer Flasche Wein als Gastgeschenk. Offene Restaurants gibt es in dieser Jahreszeit nur in Pula oder Cagliari. Deswegen haben wir uns selbst versorgt und fast täglich gekocht. Wir und unser Hund haben uns in dieser Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das grosse Grundstück war super für die Kids und der Pool war auch super.
Alles war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet.

La maison de Roberto est confortable, bien située (15mn à pied de la plage et sans voisin immédiat) et on peut profiter d'un jardin et d'une terrasse ou il doit être est agréable de manger et aux enfants de jouer. Je vous conseille la douche extérieure le soir sous les étoiles ... Nous y étions fin Octobre et avons pu nous baigner tous les jours dans une mer encore chaude (plus de 20°). La plage de Chia est une des plus jolies de cette région et si vous continuez un peu plus loin à pied vous découvrirez une très jolie crique. A cette époque tout est presque désert mais la taille des parking laisse deviner une ambiance bien différente en saison. et le Mais ?
- Malgré les moustiquaires de la maison, les mouches et moustiques étaient bien présents à l’intérieur. Nous n'avons pas été aidés par une porte fenêtre très difficile manœuvrer. Impossible de manger dehors (mouches le midi, moustiques le soir ... à vous de choisir).
- On aurait apprécié de trouver le minimum de produits (produit à vaisselle, éponge, sel, poivre, PQ....). La maison est vide de tout et vous devrez tout racheter.
- Le jardin est grand mais pas complètement entretenu : une partie reste en friche.
- Le pack Linge de maison drap + serviette à 25€ s'entend par personne ... à 6 la note était salée ...
En résumé un bon séjour mais quelques points à améliorer ... le rapport qualité / prix nous a semblé défavorable ....
