Case Vacanza Sa Mitza

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, con climatizzatori in tutte le stanze (cosa fondamentale se si va in Sardegna ad agosto), molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Stefano e sua moglie sono stati super gentili e disponibili, ci hanno anche fatto trovare qualche bibita in frigo e un souvenir, cosa che dopo un lungo viaggio fa sicuramente piacere.

La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, è stata recentemente ristrutturata per cui è nuova e molto pulita, è situata in zona centrale servita da bar, negozi e ristoranti.

Forse in prospettiva migliorerei la coibentazione della soletta del tetto perché col caldo estivo trasmette un calore davvero intenso particolarmente nel balcone che diventa poco praticabile per quanto ampio e ben organizzato.

Sehr große geräumige Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit zwei großen Balkonen. Von den Balkonen aus hat man die beste Aussicht in umliegende Ortschaften sowie auf die Berge. Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man erreicht bestens alle Strände im Westen und im Süden.

We (family of 4) spent a fortnight in Case Vacanza Sa Mitza. We enjoyed our stay there very much. The pictures of the property are honest representation of the reality. It was very clean, sufficiently furnished, and spacious, ideal for family with kids. It is set in the middle of fields and vinery surrounded by mountains. We enjoyed that there is no traffic or noise, our kids were able to run around freely and safely, and we were not disturbing anyone as well as not being disturbed. The closest beach is approximately 25 km, closest supermarket and other shops aprox. 7 km. It is located ideally to explore beaches on the south west coast. We especially enjoyed Fontanamare beach and beaches on Sant´Antioco island. The owners were very friendly and welcoming.
