l'appartamento è grande, con soggiorno enorme, appena ristrutturato e completamente nuovo in ogni cosa. Non è direttamente sul mare ma a un chilometro c'è Porto Pino, e a pochi altri tutte le meravigliose spiagge (dune bianche ma non solo) della zona di Teulada. ad un chilometro ci sono due supermercati, gli infissi sono nuovi e non si avverte alcun rumore quando si è all'interno. Presente un ampio barbecue in muratura che abbiamo sfruttato per una bella grigliata. Veranda con tavolo esterno + salottino per chi ama stare all'aperto, anche se nel periodo estivo fuori fa decisamente caldo, infatti noi non lo abbiamo sfruttato molto. presenti lavapiatti, microonde, lavatrice. Ci hanno fatto trovare birra e bibite fresche all'arrivo già in frigo, cosa molto gradita
escludendo le strutture panoramiche (questa non la è) e quelle con piscina (questa non la ha) direi che va benissimo come è. Ci avevano anche fatto trovare montagne di asciugamani puliti ma la metà li abbiamo ridati subito indietro perchè nemmeno in un mese li avremmo usati tutti, e noi stavamo solo tre giorni.
