Lovely house in a newly built residential complex perfect for young couples and families with kids looking for relax in a quite, wild and unpolluted place. The offer is for a 70 sq.m. two-story house complete of kitchen, living room, two bathrooms (one per each floor), two bedrooms (a double bed and a bunk bed). The house id endowed with private garden, two entrances with small porticos, barbecue and sun beds, and a big swimming pool (shared inside the resort).
The house is within the Municipality of Sant’Anna Arresi though it is 1 km. far from Porto Pino beaches. The closest beach is 500 mt. from the house (see Su trigu and Su Portu). However, paradisiacal and Caribbean beaches surround the all area around Sant’Anna Arresi (Masinas 9 km. , Sant’Antioco island, a slice of heaven, 15 km, Chia, 30 km.).
The house is finely furnished to welcome you and offer the best environment to relax and enjoy your holidays.
Air conditioning in all environments, a small barbecue, two porticos, a small terrace at the first floor, sunbeds and a private gardens allow you to enjoy at best your stay. The swimming pool is available all day long.
