Fantastic stay for a family with kids!
The house is warm and inviting like our lovely hosts. It is perfect for a family with children. The breakfast is also fantastic with so many fruit options. The homemade jam was great! We felt very much at home here and would love to come back!

The whole place shows much love for details and great hospitality. The vegetarian breakfast is very fresh and nice. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, and the room was cozy.

Superb. Relaxed, friendly stay
Super friendly greeting that continued throughout our stay. Extended to lending us phone charging cables and walking maps. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Views from room Homemade freshly baked cake on our arrival Peace and quiet Cosy well kept pretty wooden chalet Great walks from the doorstep.
Stein am Rhein in early February in a Pandemic was very quiet. Lots of ( albeit touristy ) shops and eateries shut. Finding somewhere for an evening meal wasn't easy especially for vegetarians. A small point to note. The bathroom was private but not en suite.

The exceptional place to stay in Stein am Rhein.
The hosts are very friendly. They are really going out or their way to make you feel welcome. Our kids loved to stay in the little alp cottage bed room. The breakfast was superb. The beds are very comfortable and the neighbourhood is very quiet. We could take a walk of about 5 minutes to the old city of Stein am Rhein.
