Hotel was very close to the city center which was a big plus for us

You could hear people’s conversation across several rooms! We know we could hear rooms that were 3 rooms away from us quite clearly - not too noisy people, as we were there with family so we had several rooms occupied and knew who was where. But we dis not expect to be able to hear an entire conversation.. In the rooms there are carpets which makes it seem a bit dirty since it’s impossible to keep them really clean..it’s also not ideal for alergic people. Overall it’s an ok hotel, nothing special, if you only sleep there it can be ok. Bathroom was not very clean - some foreign hair here and there even on walls and mold sometimes as well.. should be cleaned better..

Recommended for a short stay if you want to visit Bodensee and Switzerland.

Good location if you plan to visit Konstanz and Rhine Falls. Not far from the train station. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Photos of the room types are misleading. We booked the Comfort Double Room (for an extra price compared to the Classic Queen Room), but the room we got was more similar in size and distribution to the Classic type (without the extra space and sofa shown in the photos for the Comfort type). We booked for 2 persons, but there was only 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel provided. Water boiler is available, but no tea bags provided.

Good for a night in Singen

A/c in the room. Little fridge and small, but decent room.

The entrence area is outdated and not really representative. We had to call for a worker to check us in, and there was no one for the check out either. Just had to leave the key card in a box. We found that strange.

Superb

The staff was super helpful and answered all the questions by email or in person. The facility was clean and with the special theme of Lam there were pictures and statues or art that my daughter loved.

There was no small fridge in the room I booked, I am not sure if that is all the rooms or just the one I booked

The staff speak excellent English and are always willing to help you with any questions you may have. The location is convenient for local shops and restaurants, and is too far to walk to the train station.
